If you don’t renew your domain, while it won’t disappear overnight, it could ultimately end up being cancelled. Your registrar (the company who looks after your domain name for you) should be in touch when your domain is up for renewal, but it’s worth looking into yourself and making a note of when you need to take action.
Renewing your domain name is a simple process between you and your registrar. It is likely they will email you before your renewal is due to let you know what you need to do to keep your domain name.
