Many registrars allow you to log into your account and renew your domain before they send you any reminders. We allow renewals to be made up to six months in advance of the actual renewal date. However, not all registrars offer this service – so it’s worth checking with yours.More often than not, your registrar will send you a reminder email before your domain expires. It will also probably explain to you what you need to do to renew it. Most likely, it will involve logging into your account, confirm the renewal and pay for it.
